Synchronized Folder

Use this data source to import files from a folder on your computer. You need to have either an on premise Smartsign Server or a Smartsign Sync Client installed that have access to the folder. If the folder is a mapped disk, you normally need to run the sync service with a network account that has access to the share in question.
If you change a file in the synchronized folder, it will automatically be updated in the media library and on all screens using it.
The path should be entered as follows:

Local disk

<drive letter>:\<folder path>
Example: c:\MySyncFolder

Network share

\\<IP address or hostname>\<share name>\<folder path>
Example: \\MyServer\MyShare\MySyncFolder
